Terms & Conditions
Hello Malta Tours provides tours, excursions, cruises, and transfers operated by Supreme Travel Limited (C16048), registered at Kastellan Road, Zejtun ZTN 4400, Malta (the “Company”).
By completing a booking through this website, the client (“Client”) confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all online bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
Definitions
Company means Supreme Travel Limited (C16048).
Client means any individual, firm, agency, or company making a booking.
Booking means a written or verbal order placed by the Client.
Confirmation means acceptance of a Booking by the Company, subject to availability and payment.
Event, Excursion, Function, Transfer refer to the services booked with the Company.
Booking and payment
All online bookings require full payment by credit card to be confirmed. A booking is only binding once payment has been received and cleared by the Company.
A Confirmation indicates that the Company will proceed to arrange the service but does not guarantee availability of all facilities.
Tickets and attendance
A valid ticket must be presented when boarding. Tickets are valid only for the date booked.
No refund or allowance will be made if fewer persons attend than stated in the Booking.
Refund policy
Refunds are only applicable if the Company is unable to operate the booked service.
In such cases, the Client may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Any refund issued is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
No refunds will be issued if the service operates as scheduled.
Non-refundable situations
No refunds are granted in cases of no-show, late arrival, personal circumstances, change of plans, weather conditions where the service still operates, operational route or timetable changes, or reduced attendance numbers.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable and may be retained to cover costs incurred by the Company, including loss of profit.
If written cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the service date, the outstanding balance may become immediately payable.
Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel a service in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms & Conditions, supplier cancellation, or circumstances beyond its control, including Force Majeure.
Where the Company cancels a service, refunds will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Changes to services
The Company reserves the right to alter routes, vessels, departure points, or times due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety reasons.
Such changes do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund if the service is still delivered.
Cruises and excursions
Cruise routes and vessels may be changed due to weather or operational reasons. Clients visiting Comino Island do so at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear and exercise caution.
Refunds apply only if the excursion or cruise is not operated at all.
Liability
The Company’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. No liability is accepted for loss of personal belongings or indirect or consequential loss.
Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
